Do any of the Online Casinos have a connection to the real casinos?

I know. Weird question. Just was wondering if any online casinos offer points in real casinos, like a player's card of some kind. For instance, I go to xyz online casino and win money. Can I use this in real casinos. Are any casinos connected in any way to the online counterparts?
None of the sites I personally have played at have a comp system set up with a "live" casino. However, there have been several poker sites that offer tournament entries at live casinos, as prizes for winning an online tournament. I always think that's pretty cool.
Thanks. I am so happy that somebody understood what I was asking. I was not even sure I knew what I was trying to ask. That is cool about the online tournaments, though. I wish there was a connection to the live casinos too.
