Blackjack Card Counting

I honestly do not think I would be able to do that in good faith, I do not like the idea of cheating the system to win. You might be able to find something online about it though, you can find just about anything on the net now. 

i wouldnt call it cheating and card counting online is all most impossible unless you are playing in Live Dealer casino. Card Counting is NOT illegal and it is the only real advantage a player can get against the Casino.  the only thing a casino can do if they think you are card counting is to suspend you from that particular casino. The reason why they would suspend you of course is the fact that you have the change to win some extra cash other than their taking your money away from you.

Thanks sirtss. I called myself a cheater tongue in cheek. I've always regarded card counting as knowing the game and using the information you have available to your advantage. Rather than cheating I think it's being smart. Started rhythm rolling and dice setting when I was a teenager. I started out just trying to get the dice to roll in a single plane. Improve my odds from one in six for a single roll to one in four. Parents and siblings thought the idea was stupid until I started winning more than them. Then they called me a cheater. Any other ideas on how to gain an edge online within the rules?

I wonder how online casinos would be able to tell that you are counting the cards.

I would never try this, but I always think it is interesting when people beat the "system".

I would think if the online casino is legit, and going through a set shoe, then counting cards online would be easier to do, as you can take all the time in the world to keep track.  I myself have never really practiced counting cards as I am way too distracted by my surroundings.  I do pretty well and have fun just following basic strategy.

So they do shuffle the cards after each round? That makes some things clear to me. I have always wondered, why playing with two decks there could be cards in the running round, which should have not been there.

I still work with that sheet from the games and strategie section of this site and it is working fine for me.

Counting cards on the internet, I think it would be impossible.  However people post the most interesting things on the computer.  Why not try to Google it.  I have no idea how to count cards, I just found this post interesting.  Seems like a lot of people don't know how to count cards, or there would be more winners all the time.
I like to just play the game.  I can't try to pay attention to what was played and try to count the cards.
